"Purchased Tickets Ahead of Public Release"
I snagged tickets to an event before they were officially available to everyone, which had me a bit on edge, but it turned out fantastic. The seats were excellent and exactly where they should've been.
During checkout, I couldn't apply the promo for the discount, but I reached out to customer service, and they promptly mailed me a check for the difference. To be honest, they initially preferred to apply the discount to my next order, which I wasn't cool with, but they ultimately processed the refund. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
